Ingredients:
Split Pigeon Peas(Soaked) - 250 gm
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Pods - 3 -5
1 medium-size onion finely sliced
Chopped Green Chillies - 2 - 3
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
1 1/2 cups water approx...
Tamarind Juice - 2 cups
Salt to taste
3-4 curry leaves
Coriander Powder - 2tsp
Coriander seed &fenugreek seed powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Boil Dal and mash keep it aside.
2. Take a pan to add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Green chillis, onions, asafoetida, turmeric, curry leaves, green chilies, mix well and now add tamarind juice, salt cook till it comes to boil
3. Add some more water as need let it come to boil again. Now add boiled dal and mix well, and cook for 5 minutes.
